Fields Property is a independent family run business based in Nottingham that specialises in managing and letting rental properties. Our family has over 100 years of combined experience in the housing sector with a focus on residential, student and commercial lettings.

Our Story

Roger started the business, purchasing his first property in 1966 and since then with the help of his family (Simon, Lucy and James) the portfolio has grown to have rental properties across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

In the late 70's building contractor Mick Williamson joined the team to lead renovations and home repairs across the portfolio. The Williamson sons (Nick and Mark) to this day continue the work their father started all those years ago.

We have great working relationships with friendly and reputable tradesmen who are able to take care of maintenance and repairs in a matter of days, at a convenient time for you.
